شرح موقعیت شغلی

IDT S.p.A (Brandsdistribution.com) seeks a Web Support Specialist to join our Team. Who will be great candidates? Creative and flexible individuals highly knowledgeable about Web + WordPress with a passion for learning new skills, an eye for detail, and plenty of fresh ideas. This position requires someone with the ability to solve complex problems as part of a highly motivated team in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications
1. 2 years of directly relevant work experience
2. Full English language Skill (Written and Verbal)
3. Proficiency with HTML , CSS , JS (1-2 years of experience)
4. A full working knowledge of WordPress
5. A working knowledge of Domains, Web Servers and IP/DNS
6. A working knowledge of the Ecommerce
7. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical colleague
8. Evidence of being a collaborative team player
9. Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with diverse colleagues
10. Ability to manage multiple projects gracefully, often working under accelerated deadlines
11. Ability to quickly learn new systems and software
12. Demonstrate initiative to learn new skills and stay current in the profession

Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's / Master degree in technology
2. Proficiency with CSS and JavaScript
3. Experience with a majors content management system
4. Customer service experience
5. Unix based OS
6. English language Certification
