· Source candidates through various methods and proactively develop talent pipelines in anticipation for business need
· Screening resumes, Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
· Holding competency-based interviews with candidate shortlisted and following up on the interview process status
· Effectively analyze and report recruitment metrics
· Implementation and facilitation of employer branding projects
· Assisting in updating and implementation of workforce planning
· Coordinate performance appraisal and review system to make sure the deadlines are met and the required information is in place.
· Develop, implement, and advocate HR programs and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy and corporate culture.
· Administer an effective on-boarding program for new joiners based on policy.
· Create and revise job descriptions as per business needs.
· Respond to escalated queries around HR policies, processes and ways of working with regards to the general HR guidelines within the Group.
· Deliver change projects in line with the HR and business agenda
Requirements
· Minimum bachelor's Degree in HR, Management or any other relevant fields
· Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· English language fluency - Strong interpersonal and communication skill
· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
