The Junior Network Administrator is responsible for the advanced design, implementation, documentation, and support of security, and network infrastructure. He/She will be the primary point of contact between the business, service providers, vendors, and leadership regarding the network and security infrastructure. This individual collaborates closely with leadership and other IT specialists, sharing information, actively participating in problem-solving and both developing and championing best practices.

- Implementing and maintaining Microsoft solutions like Active Directory and DNS.
- Deploying and maintaining virtual services such as Vmware ESXi and Virtual Desktop infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot reported problems and independently research and answer technical queries.
- Troubleshoot reported network problems and find elegant solutions.
- Ensure network infrastructure and systems are running at peak efficiency.
- Monitor virtual devices and implement monthly backups.
A good candidate has the following qualifications :
- 3 or more years of experience with Windows systems
- 1 or more years of experience in Virtualization Environments and Vmware Solutions
- Relevant certifications, MCSA, Network Plus, Security Plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft based applications and technologies
- Experience using server and service level monitoring software
- Experience in Routing and Switching technologies is preferred
- Experience in Firewall solutions is preferred
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructures such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred
