Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer who will play a key role in shaping the future of our products. As a Product Designer, you will lead the design process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product design initiatives, from conceptualization to final implementation
- Conduct user research, identify user needs, and define design requirements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on product vision and strategy
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure the user's perspective is at the forefront of decision-making
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs
- Mentor and provide guidance to Other designers, fostering a culture of design excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Art, Design, Computer Science(Software)
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the same position
- Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative design solutions
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
- Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing a range of successful product design projects
