At Address.ir, we are looking for a UI/UX designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. As a member of our growing product team, you’ll collaborate closely with our amazing product managers, technical engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to help shape our world-class platform. you will be responsible for designing compelling digital experiences from conception to delivery in a cross-functional environment. You will bridge the gap between design, business, and technology to deliver world-class digital experiences. If you have the technical skills, experience, and personality to design elegant solutions to complex UI/UX challenges, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Working well on an ego-free, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team
Demonstrating user research skills and articulating design decisions based on user and business needs
Working in cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver a cohesive user experience through innovative and interactive design solutions
Conducting user research activities, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations and user interviews
Active participation in brainstorming and concept development
Effectively communicating design concepts, rationale, and research findings to the team
Simplify complex ideas and communicate with teams across the company
Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Requirements:
Strong Portfolio of design projects
Knowledge of user-centered design principals
Strong communication skills to collaborate with various team members
Ability to explain ideas verbally and through sketching
Attention to details in all area of the role
Ability to be self-directed when needed
