Junior Product Design 



At Address.ir, we are looking for a product designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.


As a member of our growing product team, you’ll collaborate closely with our amazing product managers, technical engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to help shape our world-class platform. you will be responsible for designing compelling digital experiences from conception to delivery in a cross-functional environment. You will bridge the gap between design, business, and technology to deliver world-class digital experiences. If you have the technical skills, experience, and personality to design elegant solutions to complex UI/UX challenges, we want to hear from you.



Responsibilities:


  • Conducting user research activities, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations and user interviews and contribute to design decisions making based on user and business needs
  • Active participation in brainstorming and concept development
  • Effectively communicating design concepts, rationale, and research findings to the team
  • Simplify complex ideas and communicate with teams across the company
  • Managing multiple priorities, consistently meeting deadlines and champion projects from concept to completion within a fast-paced environment
  • Ownership of design-related tasks and artifacts
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and full visual designs
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to see your design deployed perfectly to production
Requirements:


  • +1 year of previous design experience is preferred
  • Willingness to learn, can-do attitude, and adaptability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Figma and Invision is preferred
  • Ability to clearly present design decisions and incorporate feedback
  • Being a team player in an ego-free, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team
