شرح موقعیت شغلی

If you are a hands-on operations professional who enjoys driving problem solving projects in a truly agile company then you might want to check this out! We are looking for a highly people and process oriented Project Manager that becomes responsible for our project teams. He or she will be responsible for driving our product team strategies.


Responsibilities:


  • Internalize and deeply understand the organization's mission and strategies, as well as the objectives of your particular product
  • Cascade vision for the team and motivate all members of the cross-functional team
  • Be data-driven. Collect necessary data to help decide on product direction, whether in the form of regional Intel, renter behavior or other business metrics
  • Drive cross-functional team to accomplish qualitative objectives and quantitative goals
  • Drive definition and execution against product go-to-market plan, including phasing and marketing
  • Monitor and measure operational products and feed insights back into the product development process

Requirements:


  • Energetic and motivated to learn 
  • Experience with operational products is a plus
  • Willing to spend some part of the daily work hours outside of the office, within the field
