We're seeking a dynamic Marcom Manager to lead our marketing communications efforts while building and fostering a thriving online community.

What You’ll Do

As the Marcom Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our community and communication strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

Community Building:

  • Build and nurture a strong, engaged online community of solopreneurs and AI enthusiasts.
  • Create meaningful interactions through events, discussions, and tailored content.
  • Collaborate with members to amplify user-generated content and success stories.
  • Design and execute initiatives to grow the community and improve member retention.
Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product and content teams to ensure alignment between community and marketing initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with influencers, industry experts, and AI-focused organizations to expand AIMidUs’s reach.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a passionate, self-driven individual with the following qualifications:

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience (1+ years) in marketing communications, preferably in community-driven startups.
  • Strong understanding of community management strategies and online platforms (Slack, Discord, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English
  • Familiarity with AI or tech ecosystems is a strong plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign and community engagement metrics.

  • Strategic planner with the ability to execute detailed marketing and community initiatives.
