We're seeking a dynamic Marcom Manager to lead our marketing communications efforts while building and fostering a thriving online community.

What You’ll Do

As the Marcom Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our community and communication strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

Community Building:

Build and nurture a strong, engaged online community of solopreneurs and AI enthusiasts.
Create meaningful interactions through events, discussions, and tailored content.
Collaborate with members to amplify user-generated content and success stories.
Design and execute initiatives to grow the community and improve member retention.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product and content teams to ensure alignment between community and marketing initiatives.
Build partnerships with influencers, industry experts, and AI-focused organizations to expand AIMidUs’s reach.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a passionate, self-driven individual with the following qualifications:

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience (1+ years) in marketing communications, preferably in community-driven startups.
Strong understanding of community management strategies and online platforms (Slack, Discord, LinkedIn, etc.).
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English
Familiarity with AI or tech ecosystems is a strong plus.
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign and community engagement metrics.
