Description

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (React.js) to design, implement, and optimize complex, scalable user interfaces for high-performance web applications.
You will be responsible for ensuring clean architecture, robust performance, and consistent user experience through strong technical expertise, disciplined testing practices, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable user interfaces using React 19+
- Leverage React 19 features such as the React Compiler, hooks, and advanced component lifecycle patterns
- Implement efficient state management using Zustand (client) and TanStack Query (server)
- Utilize Context API for dependency injection and route context
- Apply event-driven architecture for decoupled component communication
- Build responsive and accessible interfaces using Tailwind CSS 4+ and Shadcn component system
- Manage forms with React Hook Form and schema validation using Zod
- Ensure type safety and consistency using TypeScript and Zod integration
- Write and maintain unit tests with Vitest and React Testing Library
- Conduct comprehensive E2E testing with Playwright
- Optimize frontend performance and maintain codebase health through refactoring and profiling
- Follow strict naming conventions and organized folder structures to maintain clarity and scalability
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers in an Agile environment
- Stay up to date with the evolving React ecosystem, including TanStack Router and other modern tools

What You’ll Bring

Technical Skills

- Deep expertise in React 19+, including hooks, component lifecycle, React Compiler, and advanced patterns
- Strong proficiency in ES6+ JavaScript and TypeScript, ensuring robust, type-safe code
- Expert knowledge of Zustand and TanStack Query for client- and server-state management
- Proficiency with Context API, event-driven architecture, and component composition (including compound components)
- Solid understanding of responsive design and implementation with Tailwind CSS 4+
- Experience with Shadcn component system and modular UI architecture
- Proficiency in React Hook Form and Zod for schema validation and type safety
- Familiarity with bun package manager
- Hands-on experience with Vitest and Playwright for full testing coverage
- Ability to produce well-structured, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with modern best practices

Soft Skills

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking, with ability to debug complex issues and identify root causes
- Exceptional attention to detail, maintaining high-quality standards and anticipating edge cases
- Clear and structured communication skills for collaboration with both technical and non-technical teammates
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, following through on deliverables end-to-end
- Adaptable and continuously learning, embracing new technologies like React Compiler and TanStack Router
- Proactive in identifying improvements, refactoring opportunities, and optimization needs
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to knowledge sharing, mentoring teammates, and writing clear technical documentation

Preferred Skills

- Experience with TanStack Router or similar modern routing systems
- Deep understanding of event-driven communication and decoupled frontend architectures
- Familiarity with design systems and UI scalability best practices
- Knowledge of SSR frameworks or static site generation tools
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum development environments
- Contributions to open-source projects or internal component libraries
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
