We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the growth and performance strategy for Dizno. In this role, you’ll design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns, collaborate with product and creative teams, and drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across multiple channels. You’ll play a key role in bringing new product features to market and shaping the overall growth strategy.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
Design and execute go-to-market campaigns for new features and product launches.
Manage multi-channel acquisition strategies, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, SEO, ASO, and strategic partnerships.
Lead growth experiments to optimize conversion, activation, and retention.
Collaborate closely with the product team to align marketing funnels with product milestones and user experience.
Build and optimize performance marketing campaigns focused on CPC, CPA, and ROAS goals.
Develop and scale organic growth channels such as content marketing, SEO, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
Conduct ongoing data analysis using tools like GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to uncover insights and opportunities.
Manage email marketing and CRM automation to improve user lifecycle engagement.
Deliver growth reports and dashboards with actionable insights on campaign performance.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in growth or digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS or creative tech environment.
Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, product-led growth, and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
Proficiency in SEO, content marketing, and partnership development.
Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.).
Experience with email automation and CRM tools to manage user journeys.
Ability to collaborate with product and creative teams to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned campaigns.
A data-driven mindset, analytical thinking, and a passion for testing and continuous learning.
Strong ownership and accountability — comfortable leading end-to-end campaigns independently.
Preferred Skills
Background in SaaS, design tools, or creative software marketing.
Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) and UI/UX-focused content.
Knowledge of creative platforms like Behance, Dribbble, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
A mix of creative strategy and analytical thinking with a focus on measurable outcomes.
