شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead and manage our company’s HR department. In this role, you will oversee all HR functions—including recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee development—and ensure they align with the company’s strategic goals. You will serve as a key partner to senior management, driving organizational growth while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. This position is ideal for a strategic, results-oriented leader with a proven track record in successfully implementing HR strategies, preferably within a tech environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring and onboarding of top talent.
  • Establish competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits policies.
  • Build and maintain performance management systems to drive employee productivity and engagement.
  • Design and implement learning and development programs to address performance gaps.
  • Oversee employee relations, promoting a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Lead workforce planning, analyzing staffing supply and demand to ensure optimal organizational fit.
  • Drive organizational development, change management, and initiatives to enhance company culture.
  • Manage HR technology systems and leverage analytics for informed talent and people management decisions.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for people-related decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years HR experience in managerial positions overseeing recruitment, compensation, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Proven track record of leading HR teams, managing budgets, and implementing HR strategies in alignment with business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and public speaking skills, with experience presenting to senior management and large groups.
  • Familiarity with HR technology systems, analytics, and reporting tools.
