We’re hiring a UX Writer to craft clear, consistent, and user-centered product copy across our ecosystem of products.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how words shape user experience and can balance clarity, creativity, and brand voice. You’ll collaborate with product, design, tech, and marketing teams to ensure that every interaction feels simple, human, and aligned with our vision.
The goal is to build content that guides, delights, and empowers users — across multiple touchpoints and products.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & UX Writing
Write microcopy for UI elements, flows, and interactions (buttons, tooltips, error messages, onboarding, etc.)
Develop and maintain a consistent tone of voice across different products
Collaborate with designers and PMs to simplify complex ideas into clear, user-friendly content
Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in product copy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with product teams to align copy with feature goals and business objectives
Partner with design and research teams to test copy and improve usability
Collaborate with brand and marketing to keep voice/tone aligned across product and communication
Maintain and evolve content guidelines, glossaries, and best practices
Execution and Iteration
Contribute to end-to-end product design processes with a content-first mindset
Support multiple products in parallel, adapting voice and content to different user needs
Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and product workshops
Gather feedback and improve copy through usability testing, qualitative research, and occasional A/B experiments
