Job Description

The Product Designer is responsible for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centric designs for products, working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design aligns with user needs and business goals. This position involves taking a product from concept through to final design, iterating based on user feedback, and ensuring an optimal user experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product design, UI/UX design, or similar fields (2-5 years).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or other prototyping tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product design, UI/UX work, and design process.
  • Knowledge of design principles, usability, and human-centered design.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for high-quality design work.
Duties

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Develop design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that reflect the vision of the produc
  • Create high-quality visual designs that align with brand identity and user expectations.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user input and testing results.
  • Participate in usability testing and user validation to ensure designs are intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Ensure consistency of design elements across platforms and devices.
  • Present design concepts and ideas clearly to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback into design iterations.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the design system and maintain design consistency across the product suite.
