Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and cohesive designs that communicate messages effectively across various media. This includes designing digital assets for websites, social media, advertisements, print materials, and branding elements. The role involves collaborating with other creative professionals, such as marketing teams, to understand brand guidelines, campaign goals, and target audiences, ensuring that design elements align with company objectives. The Graphic Designer must stay updated with design trends and technology to maintain a modern, innovative approach to design.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma.
Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of current design trends, web design principles, and digital media.
Excellent communication skills to present design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of branding
Proficiency in visual identity design
Flexibility in work style

Duties

Create designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, email campaigns, posters, brochures, and more.
Work closely with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and develop design concepts.
Ensure consistency in design by adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a uniform aesthetic across all materials.
Edit and optimize images for web and print use, ensuring quality and consistency.
Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders, making necessary changes to meet project goals and deadlines.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and emerging tools to continually enhance design capabilities.
Prepare final design files for production and coordinate with printers or digital platforms for delivery
