Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate UX Writer to join our dynamic team. A UX Writer is pivotal in crafting clear, concise, and user-friendly content for digital interfaces, enhancing user experience by ensuring the language guides users smoothly through our digital products. We emphasize collaboration, user-centered design principles, and effective integration of UX writing within our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine user-centric content strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Writing and editing clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital interfaces, including user interfaces, microcopy, tooltips, and error messages.
  • Conducting user research and A/B testing to inform content decisions and ensure our copy meets user expectations and optimizes user experience.
  • Developing and maintaining a content style guide to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Working closely with designers and developers to ensure the content fits seamlessly with visual and functional elements of our platforms.
  • Using feedback and analytics to continuously improve our content, making it more effective and user-friendly.
Skills and requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX writing, preferably within a user-centric design process.
  • Excellent command of American English with outstanding writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma for crafting and editing UX content.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with a strong background in content strategy and user research preferred.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of UX writing across different platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles applicable to UX writing.
