We’re expanding our back-end capabilities at HAFHASHTAD and are looking for a Senior Golang Software Engineer who excels at building high-performance, reliable systems at scale. If solving complex technical challenges, optimizing backend architecture, and writing elegant, maintainable code excite you, we’d love to have you on board.
You’ll join a team focused on designing and optimizing backend services that connect our products and keep them running smoothly as we grow. We value deep technical expertise, curiosity, and engineering rigor.
What you’ll do

Architect, build, and maintain high-performance backend services using Go.
Solve complex technical challenges in distributed, concurrent, and high-throughput systems.
Drive technical decisions across system architecture, design patterns, and infrastructure.
Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability in production environments.
Implement advanced async, event-driven workflows and ensure robust service orchestration.
Define and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and maintainability in large-scale systems.

What we’re looking for

7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years of enterprise-level Golang experience in production-grade systems.
Expert-level understanding of concurrency, distributed systems, and resilient service design.
Deep expertise in database architecture, optimization, and performance tuning—especially PostgreSQL.
Proven experience designing and implementing async and event-driven systems using NATS, Kafka, or similar messaging platforms.
Strong knowledge of caching strategies and high-performance system design.
Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture principles applied to large, modular systems.
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines for modern deployment environments.
Track record of designing scalable, maintainable, and technically robust systems end-to-end.
