شرح موقعیت شغلی

We in HAF-HASHTAD are looking for an innovative and experienced Technical Program Manager, who leads a team of project developers and designers and are responsible for managing all aspects of an organization’s technical projects from initiation to completion. You play a critical role in working with cross-functional teams for developing new products. You are highly required to design the timelines and scope of each project including resourcing. You will schedule to ensure everything continues smoothly and perform general testing (user testing and code testing) to guarantee the products operate as expected.

Responsibilities:

Contributing ideas to product development initiatives
Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex projects with significant bottom line impact
Work with product managers in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities
Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development
Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements and deliver high quality work on tight schedules
Project management – prioritizing, planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments
Contributing ideas to product development initiatives.
Planning and managing product development stages.
Collaborating with system engineers and software architects.
Reporting product development progress to senior managers.
Interviews and recruitment to recruit the required (technical) staff
Overseeing product deployment and integration.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Evaluating product performance metrics and facilitating adjustments.
Documenting processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Keeping up with advancements in product technologies

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of the full life-cycle of product development.
Experience in product development planning and providing leadership.
Ability to collaborate with IT engineers and report to senior managers.
Extensive experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration.
Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues.
Advanced proficiency in programming languages and coding, such as Python and JavaScript.
Ability to keep up with advancements in the field of technical product development.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Adequate knowledge in Azure DevOps
Mastery of Version Control tools
