شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Go Developer to join our dynamic team at HAF-HASHTAD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable and reliable applications using Go programming language. As a Senior Go Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems and microservices.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in software development with Go programming language
Strong understanding of common Goroutine and channel patterns
Experience with gRPC and Protobuf
Knowledge of Queues such as NATS or Kafka
Familiarity with microservices architecture and Domain Driven Design (DDD)
Experience with Test-driven development (TDD) and writing unit tests
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in production environments
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and microservices using Go programming language
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows best practices and coding standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers
Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices and coding standards
Write unit tests and ensure high code coverage to maintain code quality
Participate in agile development process and provide input on the product roadmap and technical decisions
