شرح موقعیت شغلی

HAF-HASHTAD is searching for a brilliant, flexible Android Chapter Lead to create novel apps that meet the needs of our target audience. You play a critical role in working with cross-functional teams for developing new products. You are highly required to design the timelines and scope of each project including resourcing.

Several interdisciplinary skills are necessary for any successful Team Leader. These include, but are by no means limited to:

Responsibilities:

· Manage a team of developers and report to the CTO.

· Day-to-day activities in an agile framework, manage deliverables, Product road-map, etc.

· Releasing the Apps on the Play store and other android markets.

· Leading the team to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

· 5+ years of experience.

· Fluency in Kotlin, Java and Android SDK.

· Experience across the full development lifecycle of native Android apps.

· Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.

· Understands Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines.

· Good knowledge of object-oriented programming and solid programming skills.

· Experience with MVVM, Dagger, JetPack architectural design pattern.

· Familiarity with MVI.

· Knowledge of asynchronous programming using RxJava or Kotlin coroutine UI thread and background thread.

· Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

· Familiarity with dependency injection like dagger and koin.
