Recruitment and Hiring Supervisor At 780, we are seeking a Recruitment and Hiring Supervisor to join our team to manage all recruitment activities, from posting job openings to interviewing candidates and completing the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources and a deep understanding of assessment, interviewing, and hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate candidates for recruitment/transfer using various HR selection tools or competency- based interview models.
• Ensure that each individual possesses the correct competencies and job requirements to meet business needs. • Coordinate reference checks and evaluate reference data related to previous employment records. • Utilize channels to attract target talent. • Update talent acquisition databases, interviews, and job applications to produce accurate reports.
• Schedule interview and selection processes, including initial calls, assessments, and in- person and online interviews, as well as plan the organization's seasonal recruitment and
hiring. • Assist managers in assessing applicant eligibility and selecting the most qualified candidates. • Evaluate candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the application tracking system to shortlist qualified candidates. • Maintain strong communication with talent acquisition supervisors and the human resources manager to implement HR plans in the field of talent acquisition. • Collaborate with the HRBP and the employer branding and culture team to implement employer brand projects, including internal and external job fairs/social media activities to promote brand image. • Provide input to the human resources manager in the final stages of recruitment, as well as provide reports and profiles of recruited personnel. • Provide HR reports, including monthly reports, job offer rejection rates, interview history, etc., to the human resources manager. • Provide feedback to candidates who have been rejected in the interview process. • Improve processes related to the recruitment and hiring team. • Update job descriptions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology or related fields. • MBA or MA in Human Resource Management is an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Recruitment and Hiring Supervisor. • Experience working in technology companies. • Full experience in the recruitment process in the relevant industry (startups, software/engineering-based businesses). • High proficiency in conducting competency-based interviews. • Experience in implementing the full recruitment process. • Familiarity with application tracking systems (ATS). • Sufficient knowledge of the English language for work. • Expertise in using traditional tools, social media, and other specific sourcing tools. • Experience in using various sourcing channels and evaluating productivity conversion rates, the ability to headhunt and find qualified candidates for rare skills. • Ability to provide reports and analyses related to recruitment status and key performance indicators. • Ability to understand and explain job requirements. • Possess leadership and management skills. • Proficiency in using MS Office software with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
