شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Report Generator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this critical role, you will leverage data and insights from various teams to create comprehensive reports that illuminate trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Your work will support data-driven decision-making processes, ultimately enhancing our marketing effectiveness and campaign performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design, create, and manage detailed reports and dashboards that monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) across our marketing initiatives.

·       Engage with stakeholders from different departments to gather reporting requirements, ensuring that reports effectively address specific needs and deliver actionable insights.

·       Utilize state-of-the-art data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present complex datasets in clear, concise, and visually compelling formats that facilitate understanding.

·       Conduct comprehensive data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all generated reports, reinforcing trust in data-driven decision-making.

·       Analyze data trends and patterns to identify actionable insights and opportunities for strategic improvements in marketing campaigns, driving overall performance.

·       Provide ongoing training and support to team members on effective report generation and data interpretation, fostering a culture of data literacy within the organization.

·       Stay informed on the latest industry best practices in reporting and analytics, continually refining our reporting processes enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Proven experience in report generation and data analysis, preferably within a marketing environment.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret and communicate complex data sets.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to present findings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a steadfast focus on accuracy and data integrity.
