شرح موقعیت شغلی

We’re looking for a backend engineer who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working across technologies, and takes pride in writing clean, efficient code.

Expected Skills and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js, Golang, and Python
Build and optimize databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, TSDBs, Graph DBs, Elasticsearch) to meet application requirements
Architect and implement scalable microservices architectures
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and gRPC services
Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps to deliver high-quality features

Required Skills and Expertise

Proficient in Golang, Python, and Node.js
Strong experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, time-series databases, and graph databases
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns
Skilled in developing RESTful APIs and asynchronous services
Familiar with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and event-driven systems
Excellent debugging and performance-tuning skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Able to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment

Additional Knowledge and Experience

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi)
Understanding of cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Hands-on experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies

اما چه داستانی در این خانه نظر ما را جلب کرد تا مهداد، نام هدف مشترک ما باشد؟
در سال‌های بسیار دور، در همین ملک مهداد، فردی تمام آن‌چه را که می‌دانست، با عشق و علاقه، به‌دیگری آموزش داد، بعدها همین اندیشه و راه ادامه پیدا کرد و مانند نهالی در گذر زمان رشد کرد؛ سادگی، اساسی‌ترین اصل مهداد است. حرکت بر خلاف جریان آب، وقتی با صداقت و درستی همراه باشد، سبب پیدایش مسیری جدید می‌شود و گویی محدودیت‌های مرسوم، دیگر تاثیری در این راه نخواهند داشت.
