About the role:

As a Frontend Team Lead at Mahdaad, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You will lead a talented team of frontend developers, guiding them to deliver high-quality, performant, and user-centric web applications.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:
Oversee the technical architecture and implementation of frontend applications.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends.
Collaborate with backend engineers and designers to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive user experience.
Team Management:
Set clear goals and expectations for the team.
Provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Estimate development efforts and track progress.
Identify and mitigate potential risks.
Ensure adherence to Agile Scrum framework.
Quality Assurance:
Establish and maintain high coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Implement robust testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end).
Monitor application performance and optimize as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience in frontend development
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
In-depth knowledge of Vue.js framework.
Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Pinia.
Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Vitest.
A solid understanding of Agile Scrum frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for building high-quality user interfaces.
Proficiency in English at an intermediate level.
Experience in SaaS development is a plus.

در سال‌های بسیار دور، در همین ملک مهداد، فردی تمام آن‌چه را که می‌دانست، با عشق و علاقه، به‌دیگری آموزش داد، بعدها همین اندیشه و راه ادامه پیدا کرد و مانند نهالی در گذر زمان رشد کرد؛ سادگی، اساسی‌ترین اصل مهداد است. حرکت بر خلاف جریان آب، وقتی با صداقت و درستی همراه باشد، سبب پیدایش مسیری جدید می‌شود و گویی محدودیت‌های مرسوم، دیگر تاثیری در این راه نخواهند داشت.
