Job Summary:

Are you a creative and forward-thinking Product Designer with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences? GTechSoft is seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our products and services, ensuring they not only meet user needs but exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to define design requirements and goals.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results to continuously improve user experiences.
Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure design consistency across products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design tools and methodologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
+4 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma , Illustrator , Zeplin.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
