شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Summary: As a Digital Marketing Expert , you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive online traffic, engage customers, and boost brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and enhance our online presence across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • SEO & SEM: Optimize website content, structure, and performance to improve search engine rankings. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize ROI and drive targeted traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Create and curate engaging content, monitor performance, and grow our social media presence.
  • Content Marketing: Lead content creation efforts, including blogs, articles, infographics, videos, and other multimedia content. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with our brand voice.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated email sequences. Analyze performance metrics and optimize for higher engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other analytics platforms. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant networks.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with customers online, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Continuously experiment and implement new strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  •  years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
