Roles & Responsibilities:
·Assisting departments with the annual budget preparation process.
·Preparing and reviewing the year-end and periodic financial statements.
·Preparing the company’s annual Tax declaration.
·Supervising cash flow and forecasting accuracy.
·Supervising and controlling the company’s treasury.
·Supervising the relations with auditors.
·Ensuring all bank credit lines are managed effectively and work with financial institutions.
·Managing all financial aspects and relations with Tax authorities.
·Managing relations with Social Security Organization.
·Supervising the receivables from local and foreign clients (Funds, PMAs, Advisory mandates).
·Keeping records/implementing financial aspects of shareholding changes and related payments.
·Promoting corporate culture and adherence to company principles
Requirements:
·Bachelor / Master’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management
·At least 6 years of related experience
·Good knowledge of Accounting and Tax laws
·Good knowledge of Securities and Exchange Organization processes and laws
·Critical thinking
·Detail-oriented
·Result-oriented
·Fluency in English
