• Reviewing and advising on a variety of contracts and agreements.
• Assisting with providing sanction compliance.
• Assisting with the audit process and communicating with the audit team.
• Preparing various kinds of resolutions.
• Reporting on laws and regulations and assisting the legal head of the company on a wide range of legal issues.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
• More than 2 years of experience exactly in the capital market.
• Familiarity with the Iranian Commercial Code.
• Knowledge of Iran’s Securities Market Act and SEO-relevant regulations is preferred.
• Ability to understand and respond effectively to clients' needs.
• Ability to work within deadlines and be result-driven.
• Ability to draft and review various forms of bilingual legal documents.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments and assisting with legal due diligence of potential partners or investors.
• Ability to handle a considerable amount of paperwork, emails, follow-ups, and required correspondences with the relevant persons or organizations.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced negotiation skills and awareness of cultural differences.
