شرح موقعیت شغلی

Supervise PO preparation.
● Review guaranty and control documents.
● Supervise payment arrangements.
● Supervise preparing related documents.
● Check and supervise internal commercial purchases.
● Visit the ministry of industries, banks, customs, and related offices to receive and update required licenses.
● Manage new orders.
● Supervise to initiate and follow up on the shipping insurance process.
● Ensure sourcing validation
● Prepare and update the vendors' list.
● Vendors evaluation.
● Purchase negotiations.
● Prepare a variety of presentations.
● Prepare BP to introduce the company for purchasing purposes.
● Evaluate and assess local and international exhibitions.
● Investigate company registration in other countries.
● Review contents and related materials to attend various exhibitions and seminars.
● Review and supervise local commercial purchases.
● Investigate the probability of exporting and running new business lines (for example mobile and asphalt).
● Update commercial process according to the last version of rules and regulations of cost and ministry innovations and new ideas for importing and improving the commercial process.
● Receive and audit sales furcating forms.
● Prepare required reporting tables especially importing reports and comparison tables.

● Proficient in sourcing.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
● Familiar with customs rules and regulations, declaration and clearance process.
● A committed, and persistent person.
● Proficient in business correspondence.
● Familiar with generally accepted procurement standards and ethics.
● Fluent in English and have good technical knowledge.
● General knowledge of applicable sourcing, planning, and logistics laws and regulations.
● Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skill
