Position: IT Manager
Responsibilities:
· Oversee all technology operations (infrastructure, business application and data analytics) and evaluate them
according to established goals

· Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper

· Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
· Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
· Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
· Coordinate and supervise IT experts, technicians and other professionals to provide guidance and direction
· Manage budget and track the expenditure
· Manage IT suppliers and ensure the quality of deliveries and alignment with SLA
Requirements:
· Proven experience as IT manager or similar role
· Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications (hardware and
software)

· Sound understanding of core business application and vertical solutions
· Outstanding knowledge of business process, best practices in logistics, warehousing and distribution
· Experience in system analysis and design, ERP implementation experience will be a plus
· Experience in controlling IT budget
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills
· Outstanding communication abilities
· Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT or related fields
