1. About GoalEarn
GoalEarn is a private platform focused on task-based mentoring. It helps individuals prepare for professional entry into the job market by designing personalized career paths, guiding them through real-world projects, providing expert mentor supervision, and offering private online sessions.

2. Job Description
We are looking for a User Experience Mentor who, alongside their main professional role, is passionate about dedicating part of their time to guiding motivated individuals.
In this collaboration:

The focus is on task-based and project-oriented mentoring.
There is no traditional teaching or step-by-step instruction.
The interaction involves defining tasks, reviewing outputs, providing professional feedback, and holding short private sessions.

3. Skills & Requirements

3.1 General Requirements

3 to 6 years of professional experience in a relevant field
Experience in remote work and collaboration with international companies or projects
Ability to provide structured and professional feedback
English proficiency (at least IELTS Band 6 or equivalent for certain programs)
Commitment to GoalEarn’s mentoring standards and guidelines

3.2 Technical Skills

Proficient in User Experience (UX) design principles and processes, including user research, persona definition, user journey mapping, and information architecture (IA).
Skilled in evaluating and mentoring mentees in conducting user research, usability testing, and behavioral data analysis.
Experienced in designing and critiquing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows with a focus on enhancing logic and interaction experience.
Expert in design tools such as Figma, FigJam, and Adobe XD, with the ability to provide professional training on their use.
Thorough understanding of Design Thinking methodology and User-Centered Design (UCD) processes to guide mentees in problem definition and solution development.
Capable of providing detailed, documented, and actionable feedback based on UX principles and business goals.
Skilled in analyzing user experience in real-world products (web/mobile) and converting feedback into actionable solutions.
Familiar with user behavior analysis tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel to teach data-driven decision-making.
Experience in designing or improving Design Systems and Style Guides to ensure consistency in the user experience.
Ability to mentor, guide, and evaluate mentee output through staged tasks to final delivery.
Professional demeanor, strong educational spirit, and effective communication skills to foster mentee professional growth.

4. Payment Model & Schedule

Compensation is provided per private task.
The payment amount for each task will be determined and agreed upon by the program manager, based on:
- The level and nature of the task
- The number of required sessions
- The quality of interaction and feedback provided by the mentor
- Adherence to GoalEarn’s mentoring standards and guidelines
The number of mentees and assigned tasks will be defined by the program manager according to the program’s needs.
A minimum of two online sessions per week is required per mentee.

5. Onboarding Process

Submit your resume and complete the initial assessment form.
Resume review and scoring based on GoalEarn’s mentoring criteria.
Complete the “Becoming a Mentor” challenge on the GoalEarn platform.
Begin a trial collaboration period.
Continue the partnership upon successful performance evaluation and adherence to mentoring guidelines.

6. Technical Requirements & Work Environment

A stable high-speed internet connection
A webcam with good video quality
A headset or microphone with clear audio
A quiet and professional workspace
