شرح موقعیت شغلی

1. About GoalEarn
GoalEarn is a private platform focused on task-based mentoring. It helps individuals prepare for professional entry into the job market by designing personalized career paths, guiding them through real-world projects, providing expert mentor supervision, and offering private online sessions.

2. Job Description
We are looking for a Product Design Mentor who, alongside their main professional role, is passionate about dedicating part of their time to guiding motivated individuals.
In this collaboration:

The focus is on task-based and project-oriented mentoring.
There is no traditional teaching or step-by-step instruction.
The interaction involves defining tasks, reviewing outputs, providing professional feedback, and holding short private sessions.

3. Skills & Requirements
3.1 General Requirements

3 to 6 years of professional experience in a relevant field
Experience in remote work and collaboration with international companies or projects
Ability to provide structured and professional feedback
English proficiency (at least IELTS Band 6 or equivalent for certain programs)
Commitment to GoalEarn’s mentoring standards and guidelines

3.2 Technical Skills

Ability to conduct user interviews, analyze competitors, and create user personas to identify user needs and behaviors.
Proficiency in designing wireframes and user flows using tools like Figma, especially for educational website projects.
Experience in UI design with Figma, selecting colors, typography, icons, and adhering to accessibility principles to create simple, user-friendly interfaces.
Ability to design test scenarios, conduct usability testing with real users, and record results to improve designs.
Experience in designing complete app pages (both primary and secondary pages), creating a design system, and preparing outputs for the development team.
Skilled in documenting design interactions, collaborating closely with development teams to effectively transfer designs and receive feedback for final adjustments.
Ability to provide constructive feedback to mentees, continuously improve the design process, and resolve issues effectively.

4. Payment Model & Schedule

Compensation is provided per private task.
The payment amount for each task will be determined and agreed upon by the program manager, based on:
- The level and nature of the task
- The number of required sessions
- The quality of interaction and feedback provided by the mentor
- Adherence to GoalEarn’s mentoring standards and guidelines
The number of mentees and assigned tasks will be defined by the program manager according to the program’s needs.
A minimum of two online sessions per week is required per mentee.

5. Onboarding Process

Submit your resume and complete the initial assessment form.
Resume review and scoring based on GoalEarn’s mentoring criteria.
Complete the “Becoming a Mentor” challenge on the GoalEarn platform.
Begin a trial collaboration period.
Continue the partnership upon successful performance evaluation and adherence to mentoring guidelines.

6. Technical Requirements & Work Environment

A stable high-speed internet connection
A webcam with good video quality
A headset or microphone with clear audio
A quiet and professional workspace
