شرح موقعیت شغلی

1. About GoalEarn
GoalEarn is a private platform focused on task-based mentoring. It helps individuals prepare for professional entry into the job market by designing personalized career paths, guiding them through real-world projects, providing expert mentor supervision, and offering private online sessions.

2. Job Description
We are looking for a International Business Design Mentor who, alongside their main professional role, is passionate about dedicating part of their time to guiding motivated individuals.
In this collaboration:

The focus is on task-based and project-oriented mentoring.
There is no traditional teaching or step-by-step instruction.
The interaction involves defining tasks, reviewing outputs, providing professional feedback, and holding short private sessions.

3. Skills & Requirements
3.1 General Requirements

3 to 6 years of professional experience in a relevant field
Experience in remote work and collaboration with international companies or projects
Ability to provide structured and professional feedback
English proficiency (at least IELTS Band 6 or equivalent for certain programs)
Commitment to GoalEarn’s mentoring standards and guidelines

3.2 Technical Skills

Proficiency in international business design and development concepts; ability to lead the design and development of business strategies in international markets, identify new opportunities, and manage global projects, especially in the European market.
Analysis of international markets; ability to analyze and identify market trends, opportunities, and needs across different markets, considering cultural, economic, and legal aspects.
Creation and implementation of global business strategies; ability to devise global strategies for entering new markets, expanding products and services internationally, and setting long-term growth plans.
Leadership of international teams; experience managing multicultural teams and business development across countries, establishing effective communication with international partners and clients.
International business negotiations; skill in conducting negotiations with foreign partners, suppliers, and customers, and the ability to conclude commercial agreements and commercialize products in international markets.
Familiarity with international laws and regulations; knowledge of international trade laws, tariffs, customs regulations, and rules related to international commerce, and the ability to align strategies with these laws.
International marketing and sales; ability to design and execute marketing and sales strategies for products and services across diverse international markets.
Training and mentoring international business teams; ability to guide teams in designing and executing international strategies, and to transfer knowledge and best practices to other team members.
Risk analysis and market-entry strategies; identification and assessment of risks associated with entering new markets, designing risk-mitigation strategies, and managing international crises.

4. Payment Model & Schedule

Compensation is provided per private task.
The payment amount for each task will be determined and agreed upon by the program manager, based on:
- The level and nature of the task
- The number of required sessions
- The quality of interaction and feedback provided by the mentor
- Adherence to GoalEarn’s mentoring standards and guidelines
The number of mentees and assigned tasks will be defined by the program manager according to the program’s needs.
A minimum of two online sessions per week is required per mentee.

5. Onboarding Process

Submit your resume and complete the initial assessment form.
Resume review and scoring based on GoalEarn’s mentoring criteria.
Complete the “Becoming a Mentor” challenge on the GoalEarn platform.
Begin a trial collaboration period.
Continue the partnership upon successful performance evaluation and adherence to mentoring guidelines.

6. Technical Requirements & Work Environment

A stable high-speed internet connection
A webcam with good video quality
A headset or microphone with clear audio
A quiet and professional workspace
