1. About GoalEarn
GoalEarn is a private platform focused on task-based mentoring. It helps individuals prepare for professional entry into the job market by designing personalized career paths, guiding them through real-world projects, providing expert mentor supervision, and offering private online sessions.

2. Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist Mentor who, alongside their main professional role, is passionate about dedicating part of their time to guiding motivated individuals.
In this collaboration:

The focus is on task-based and project-oriented mentoring.
There is no traditional teaching or step-by-step instruction.
The interaction involves defining tasks, reviewing outputs, providing professional feedback, and holding short private sessions.

3. Skills & Requirements
3.1 General Requirements

3 to 6 years of professional experience in a relevant field
Experience in remote work and collaboration with international companies or projects
Ability to provide structured and professional feedback
English proficiency (at least IELTS Band 6 or equivalent for certain programs)
Commitment to GoalEarn’s mentoring standards and guidelines

3.2 Technical Skills

Understanding the principles of marketing automation: proficiency in the fundamentals of marketing automation and its applications in the global market, and the ability to design simple and complex automation flows across various tools.
Familiarity with CRM and automation tools: proficiency with different CRM tools such as HubSpot and Mailchimp and the ability to use them to create and manage automation campaigns.
Designing and implementing automation flows: ability to design and implement basic and advanced automation flows, including multi-step and personalized automations.
Campaign data analysis: skill in collecting and analyzing data from automation campaigns and using it to optimize campaign performance.
Integration of various tools: ability to integrate automation and CRM tools with other marketing and analytics systems for better coordination and increased efficiency.
Multichannel strategy design: ability to design multichannel marketing automation strategies (email, SMS, notifications) and manage complex campaigns.
Building analytical dashboards: ability to design analytical dashboards for reporting and analyzing campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio.
Documentation and reporting: ability to document all automation steps, collect data, and prepare clear analytical reports for managers and teams.
Project management and team collaboration: skill in managing automation projects, coordinating with different teams, and using online collaboration tools like Trello and Asana.
Portfolio and résumé preparation: ability to build a portfolio and résumé related to marketing automation, and to prepare work samples and documentation for job interviews.

4. Payment Model & Schedule

Compensation is provided per private task.
The payment amount for each task will be determined and agreed upon by the program manager, based on:
- The level and nature of the task
- The number of required sessions
- The quality of interaction and feedback provided by the mentor
- Adherence to GoalEarn’s mentoring standards and guidelines
The number of mentees and assigned tasks will be defined by the program manager according to the program’s needs.
A minimum of two online sessions per week is required per mentee.

5. Onboarding Process

Submit your resume and complete the initial assessment form.
Resume review and scoring based on GoalEarn’s mentoring criteria.
Complete the “Becoming a Mentor” challenge on the GoalEarn platform.
Begin a trial collaboration period.
Continue the partnership upon successful performance evaluation and adherence to mentoring guidelines.

6. Technical Requirements & Work Environment

A stable high-speed internet connection
A webcam with good video quality
A headset or microphone with clear audio
A quiet and professional workspace
