Growth Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our growth initiatives by executing high-impact marketing campaigns, optimising content, and driving measurable engagement. This role will work closely with the CEO and Marketing Manager to enhance our brand presence and lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities

This is a dynamic role with a diverse set of responsibilities, including the following:

- Plan, execute, and optimise LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns to generate quality leads.

- Implement Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.

- Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance, providing data-driven recommendations.

- Develop high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, lead magnets (e.g., ebooks), landing pages, and email sequences.

- Write engaging copy for ads, website content, and social media aligned with brand voice and messaging.

- Work with designers (internal or external) to create visually compelling assets.

- Utilise HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage and nurture leads.

- Set up automated email sequences and track engagement metrics.

- Optimise landing pages and marketing workflows for improved performance.

- Support the CEO and Marketing Manager in positioning Geeks Ltd as a thought leader in AI and technology-driven business transformation.

- Repurpose existing content (blogs, case studies, podcast transcripts) into impactful marketing materials.

- Assist with social media strategy to boost engagement and visibility.

Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, AI, or software sectors targeting UK/US markets.

Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing.

Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a focus on lead generation and conversions.

Ability to analyse marketing performance metrics and optimise campaigns accordingly.

Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
