شرح موقعیت شغلی

 Quantitative risk assessment (QRA) development 

Emergency response plan development for production facilities 

Plant safety reviews, such as Fire hazard zone and safe zone drawings 

Promote the awareness of HSE across the factory 

 Motivate and guide line management in the implementation of procedures and solutions to reduce the HSE impact of relevant activities 

 Ensure that all legal requirements concerning HSE are fully implemented 

 Monitor and report on compliance with company policy and legal requirements for all HSE requirements 

Facilitate and coordinate the plant's HSE risk assessment program, including assessment, incident investigation, and corrective action and auditing 

 Facilitate and coordinate monthly HSE meeting and on time submission of the minutes to relevant authorities 

- Ensuring overall compliance with approved laws and policies

Requirements 

 Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering or Industrial safety engineering from a recognized university 

 Familiar with API 520, 521, ISO HSE, MS, IMS, OHSAS 18000 and 526 standards 

Good knowledge of Chemicals and Pressure relief systems 

 Strong knowledge of safety features of chemical equipment 

Good knowledge of Safe warehouse and chemical storage and chemical compatibility 

Good knowledge of English (writing and comprehension) 

Highly skilled in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
