· Developing and monitoring all online sales activity
· Researching and implementing most effective online services and methods to grow sale
· Reporting sales performance and cost per sale data to senior management
· Providing annual sales budget and follow up to achieve it.
· Collaborating in measuring customer satisfaction and implementing programs to increase their satisfaction.
· Analyzing the market, customers, competitors, and products and services continuously and provide related reports.
· persuade staff from other teams to be customer centric, while them having different, even opposite goals/KPIs
· creating positive relationship with other departments’ leaders to create efficient cooperation environment and deliver second to none solutions
· Mastery of digital marketing and online advertising concepts
· Understanding of business intelligence to monitor and identify trends and use that data to make decision
· Deep knowledge and understanding of the online business retail space and techniques
Requirements
· ● Minimum 3 years experience in online sales
· ● Bachelor's degree in related field
· ● Fluent in Excel software.
· ● Fluent in communication skills.
· ● Fluent in telephone and face-to-face negotiation techniques.
· ● Fluent in teamwork and problem-solving power.
· ● Timely decision-making skills.
· ● High confidence in doing the assigned tasks.
