شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a User Experience Researcher to join us, reporting into the UX Research Manager. In this role, you will be working alongside designers, product, content and engineer committed to creating customer-led products and services. You will play a critical role in creating useful, usable, and delightful products.

Responsibilities:

A "can do attitude" and an ability to remain calm and positive in the face of shifting plans and priorities
Experience working on a product team, with examples of the impact your work has had on the end product and the end user in your portfolio
Lead projects through all stages of the research process from briefing and proposal formulation, to set up, fieldwork, analysis and insight sharing.
Manage and conduct generative and evaluation research
Exposing the root causes of wider customer experience issues. Helping to develop high level storyboards and journey mapping that communicate the goals, motives, and means by which groups of customers use, or will use, a given product.
Acting as a champion of your field and UX research practice, principles and processes. Helping to empower other roles in the business to get involved in research.

Requirements:

In-depth understanding of UX and UI design.
Knowledge of research techniques, including usability testing, focus groups, diary studies, ethnographic. observation, survey design and co-creation workshops.
Understanding of strengths and weaknesses of different research methods, and when and how to apply them in the product development process.
Hands-on experience as a UX Researcher in a product or service environment.
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
Experience scaling research processes and defining best practice.
