A Social Media/PR Specialist is a contact person of our company with all kinds of customers to handle their requirements and issues on Social media with respect and attention.
A Social Media/PR Specialist is responsible for:
- Answers consumer questions and complaints on social media.
- Creation of content that meets our customer standards.
- Spots opportunities to engage in relevant social conversations and build relationships real-time.
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
Job requirements:
- demonstrated track record in writing (published articles/report or posts in blog/social media)
- Impeccable writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (especially twitter) and how they can be deployed.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Creative problem solver who is able to influence others via written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Self-motivated, energetic, adaptable, flexible and reliable.
- A proactive reader.
- Ability to read and write in English.
