Analyze current supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
Develop and implement solutions to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve on-time delivery.
Manage project budgets and track progress against established milestones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with overall company objectives.
Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, including disruptions and delays.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Deliver reports and Document project processes, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project management, with a focus on supply chain or manufacturing.
Proven track record of successfully leading and completing supply chain improvement projects.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
