شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a product manager you are responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes having familiarity with UX concepts to make best experience for the final user to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:

Define and execute the product strategy ,roadmap and positioning, from concept to launch.
Gathers, manages, and prioritizes customer needs and market opportunities.
Analyze and report on product performance, and make data-driven decisions.
Works closely with technical, marketing, and support team to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Leading release planning efforts including release and document reviews.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products.
Participating in the planning and execution of weekly business reviews.
Communicating product criteria and requirements with the technical team.
Test processes and designs.
Extract the work processes of the technical team in each Sprint.
Write clear and concise user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Work with business stakeholders and UI/UX designer to clarify requirements and create a release plan.

Requirements:

Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Experience with data analysis and product metrics.
Accountability and ownership.
Ability to help design and build applications.
Demonstrated knowledge of scrum and agile process development.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, physical/virtual environment, providing and accepting continuous feedback and support.
Excellent writing skills, ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, and attention to detail and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong sense of ownership and passion for technology
At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MBA
Familiar with web applications development, Big Data, AI, and microservice architecture.
Familiarity with JIRA for managing user stories and agile release cycles
Experience in project management and organizational skills - must be able to multitask and juggle multiple priorities
Experience at a company developing software or similar role
