Are you a dedicated professional with a keen eye for software quality and a passion for Agile methodologies? If you're looking for an opportunity to ensure top-notch software quality while fostering Agile practices, we have the perfect role for you. Join us as an Agile QA Specialist and Scrum Master, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet high-quality standards and our development teams operate efficiently within Agile frameworks.

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance: Oversee software quality assurance processes, including test planning, test case creation, execution, and defect tracking, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.
Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test suites to enhance testing efficiency and coverage, collaborating closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution, collaborating with the development team to prioritize and address critical issues promptly.
Scrum Facilitation: Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team's adherence to Agile principles.
Team Support: Provide support to the development team, ensuring they have everything they need to execute tasks efficiently and remove any impediments that may arise.
Sprint Monitoring: Monitor the progress of sprints, track the team's velocity, and report the status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in retrospective meetings, contribute ideas for process improvement, and assist in implementing agreed-upon changes to enhance team productivity and Agile practices.

Requirements:

Full-Time and On-Site Availability: We expect our developers to be fully committed and present on-site to foster effective collaboration and teamwork.
Minimum 1 Years of Practical Experience: A minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and automated testing. Previous experience as a Scrum Master is a plus
Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of implementing Agile best practices in software development projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing tools, test automation frameworks, and version control systems. Experience with Agile project management tools is a plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Certifications: QA certifications such as ISTQB are desirable. Scrum Master certification (CSM) is a plus.
