شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Junior Scrum Master will serve as a facilitator for Agile teams, helping to ensure the team's progress and success by removing obstacles, facilitating meetings, and working closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog. This role will serve as an opportunity to learn, grow, and eventually become a full-fledged Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Scrum Ceremonies: Assist in facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
  2. Agile Principles: Support the team in following the Agile values and principles, and the processes agreed upon.
  3. Impediment Removal: Help in removing obstacles that might impede the team's progress.
  4. Team Shield: Assist in protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
  5. Backlog Management: Work closely with the Product Owner and the team to refine and manage the product backlog.
Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

Skills:

  1. Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum principles.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
  4. Ability to work well in a team-based, collaborative environment.
  5. Basic understanding of software development processes.
Experience:

Previous experience in a team-based, collaborative environment is a plus (preferably in tech or software development).

Certification:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus but not required. Candidates who are eager to pursue this or similar certification are highly preferred.

Personal Characteristics:

  1. Eagerness to learn and grow within an Agile/Scrum environment.
  2. Proactive, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  3. Ability to effectively handle stressful situations and changing priorities.
  4. Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Work Environment:

This role will function within a dynamic, fast-paced, Agile environment. Team collaboration, open communication, and a commitment to quality are essential.
