شرح موقعیت شغلی

- IPT/PS Engineer
Mission:
 Planning, establishment and optimization of the appropriate FCP
Network, in line with the network topology plan and capabilities of
technology
Context
- Rapid development in technology methods
-Company mission, policies and procedures
Roles and Responsibilities
 IPBB and transmission related dimension and planning
 End to end optimization (planning and implementation)
 Responsible for the administration of network AAA (IBS, Netbil)
 Proactive maintenance
 To restore and recover the service based on SLA (Temporary and
permanent solution)
 Implement disaster recovery plan
 field maintenance team support
 Output technical trouble shooting cases
 Routine preventive maintenance and analysis on all network elements
 CR implementation
 Release and data management (such as back up)
 Implementation for expansion, rehoming and integration
 Reporting: regarding KPI weekly and monthly. Make reports regarding
to Fault Management and hand it on time.
 Communication with customers and support CR team
 Providing training plan for FLM and FO
Requirements
Skills:
 Ability to work with and develop inexperience teams
 Project Management skills
 Proficiency in fault management
 Performance & capacity monitoring skills
 configuration management

 Familiar with fault management
 Effective self‐supervision for quality service delivery and short turnaround

Education:
 B.Sc. in Telecommunication /Electronic Engineering

Experience:
 Minimum 3 years’ experience in IPBB (Telecom or Service provider)
 Well versed with DataCom network architecture & protocols
 Experience in Cisco, Huawei or Mikrotik IP equipment and AAA NEs is a
must
 Familiar with planning, O&M and technical support work flow
