Join our tech-forward team as a Senior Flutter Developer and play a key role developing an application that connects kids, parents, and school staff. This position involves working collaboratively with our mobile team to develop high-quality, impactful, and user-friendly features using the Flutter framework. The ideal candidate will focus on crafting a web dashboard using Flutter and ensuring that our mobile and web interfaces are adaptive, intuitive, and performance-optimized.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Collaborate with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Implement robust, maintainable code while adhering to industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software development experience. (Minimum of 3 years of experience with Dart and Flutter)
  • Proficient in Flutter and Dart, with a solid portfolio showcasing applications developed.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app development lifecycle and UI/UX standards.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs for integrating applications with server-side logic.
  • Strong understanding of front-end design principles and responsiveness.
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the education technology sector or with online registration systems.
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying high-quality web applications.
  • Familiarity with native mobile development (iOS and Android).
  • Owning a Mac device, as it can be beneficial for cross-platform development and testing.
