شرح موقعیت شغلی

Remote | Monday–Friday | Canadian Eastern Time | Long-Term
Compensation: Negotiable base salary + commission based on performance and successful partnerships.

ElegaView is a Canadian content and marketing studio working across fashion, beauty, wellness and lifestyle. We are hiring a dedicated, hands-on professional to build relationships with relevant brands and turn outreach into qualified opportunities, paid collaborations and B2B projects.

This is a full-time, long-term position and should be treated as your primary professional commitment.

You must be available and responsive Monday to Friday during Canadian Eastern Time business hours.

This role is best suited for someone who is ambitious, dependable and ready to take real ownership of the work.

Main Responsibilities

Research relevant brands, agencies and decision-makers in Canada and the United States.
Build and maintain qualified lead lists.
Write and send personalized professional emails and LinkedIn messages.
Manage consistent follow-ups and develop genuine business relationships.
Identify sponsorships, long-term ambassador partnerships, affiliate opportunities, PR opportunities and ElegaView B2B projects.
Respond to incoming brand inquiries and qualify budget, timeline, scope and fit.
Prepare commercial information and help move opportunities toward proposals, negotiations and agreements.
Maintain accurate records in a CRM or Google Sheets.
Coordinate with the creator, video editor, Instagram growth specialist and web developer.
Provide clear weekly reports on outreach, replies, opportunities, proposals, pipeline and results.

Requirements

Excellent English reading, writing and comprehension are mandatory.
Ability to write natural, professional and persuasive business emails in English.
Proven experience in business development, brand partnerships, B2B lead generation, email outreach or LinkedIn outreach.
Strong research, communication, organization and follow-up skills.
Experience working with a CRM or organized lead-tracking system.
Reliable internet connection.
Highly responsible, hardworking, proactive and results-focused.
Able to work independently without waiting for constant instructions.
Comfortable being evaluated based on measurable results.

Expected Results

A consistent pipeline of relevant brands and qualified decision-makers.
High-quality personalized outreach and disciplined follow-up.
Positive replies and qualified commercial conversations.
Proposals, active negotiations and partnership opportunities.
Paid brand collaborations, ambassador or affiliate opportunities and/or ElegaView B2B orders.
An accurate CRM and clear weekly reporting.
Within the first 90 days, a functioning commercial pipeline with several strong opportunities moving toward agreement.
