شرح موقعیت شغلی

  • 5+ year experience as a SQL server DBA (2016, 2019, 2022) which includes HADR Scenarios (Distributed Availability Group, Availability Group, Failover Cluster Instance, Mirroring and etc.)
  • Familiar with Linux (at least LPIC-1) and has experience working with Linux, MySQL, and PostgreSQL as a mid-level administrator.
  • Conduct Database failure mode analysis, develop and test recovery procedures, and invoke failover and DR plans when required.
  • Architect and Maintain services including data modeling, storage, message brokers, protocols, interfaces and etc.
  • Analyze Servers/Instances/Databases issues and troubleshoot database platform problems, and drive short- and long-term corrective actions, and platform improvement plans
  • Prototype and design the multiple layers of Database platform in the lab, including the HW, Firmware, OS, DB server, HA and Data replication.
  • Define and maintain the Database key performance indices, system health thresholds, and known issues list to enable the NOC for monitoring and incident triggering 
  • Database performance tuning (Instance and server level)
  • Database disaster recovery planning and testing 
  • Database security administration  
  • Monitor database performance to ensure high levels of security and speed  
  • Expert understanding of SQL query execution and advanced scripting in Batch, T-SQL  
  • Collaborate with software and DevOps engineers to design scalable services, plan feature roll-out, and ensure high reliability and performance of our products. 
  • Provide service and support determined by the current Service Level Agreements, including 24 x 7 rotational on-call support for production databases.
