About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute our digital marketing activities across multiple channels. This role focuses on campaign execution, channel management, content distribution, and brand presence, working closely with performance, product, and creative teams.

The ideal candidate understands digital platforms, customer communication, and marketing operations, but is not responsible for performance marketing optimization or paid media ROI ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across owned and organic channels

- Coordinate campaign execution with content, design, product, and performance teams

- Manage website content, landing pages, and basic SEO implementation

- Plan and execute email marketing, push notifications, and in-app campaigns

- Manage social media calendars and content distribution across platforms

- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

- Support campaign launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing activities

- Track and report basic marketing metrics (reach, engagement, traffic)

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities

What This Role Is NOT Responsible For :

- Managing paid media budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

- Owning CAC, ROI, ROAS, or revenue targets

- Deep performance optimization or attribution modeling

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Operations

- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (Social Media, Email, Content, Website)

- Basic understanding of SEO and analytics tools

- Strong organizational and coordination skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in English; Persian (Farsi) is required

Nice to Have:

- Experience in content marketing or social media management

- Experience in startups or fast-paced environments

- Understanding of brand guidelines and storytelling
