Role Overview:

As an Associate Product Manager for our online healthcare product, you'll collaborate closely with Product Managers and designers to create user-centered features. Supporting our cross-functional team, you'll identify user needs, prioritize tasks, and foster innovation. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in project and task management.
Participate and define customer impact metrics and customer personas, understanding their needs and motivations.
Maintain strong engagement with all stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction with the products.
Create comprehensive documents, including Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and user stories.
Collaborate with the tech team and effectively communicate to handle conflicts and demands.
Work closely with the design team to prepare new features for delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends and produce relevant documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer/IT Engineering, Basic Sciences, or MBA.
Have proven experience in Product Management or a related field.
Technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development.
Ability to develop meaningful product metrics.
Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple complex projects effectively.
Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management is a plus.
Knowledge of Product Specification and User Story Development.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and relevant tools like Jira and Confluence.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to driving innovative healthcare solutions.
Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, or R) is a plus.
