شرح موقعیت شغلی

To complete our team at Dr. Saina's Marketing Department, we have decided to have a new teammate in the role of «Marketing Automation Specialist». you will be a critical member of our marketing team with a focus on leveraging web tools, analyzing funnels, and using data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates. You will be responsible for creating engaging and creative messaging content to effectively communicate with our audience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Webengage tools to create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns and workflows
  • Analyze user funnels, track conversion paths, and identify areas for improvement to increase conversion rates.
  • Develop engaging, creative, and persuasive messaging content for marketing channels, including email, SMS, and pus
  • Create, segment, and deliver email & SMS campaigns with compelling content that resonates with the audience.
  • Implement automated lead nurturing campaigns that align with user behavior and preferences.
  • Leverage data analysis to make informed decisions and continuously optimize marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
  • Conduct A/B tests to refine messaging and campaign strategies based on performance data.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the organization's goals

requirement:

  • Basic knowledge in the field of events and sections related to the implementation of the Webengage tools
  • Proficiency in creating engaging, conversion-focused content
  • Ability to be creative and develop messaging independently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative approach
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proven experience working with Webengage tools or similar marketing automation platforms
